Informativa sulla privacy
This page explains what data Racion collects, why, where it is stored and how to delete it — in plain words as far as possible.
1. Controller
Data is processed by the owner of racion.app. Contact for data matters: info@racion.app. For users in the EU this is a privacy notice under the GDPR; for users in Russia it is a policy under Federal Law 152-FZ.
2. What data and why

Allergies, dietary goals and household composition may count as special categories of data. We do not ask for them — you enter them yourself, only to tailor the menu. Leave the fields empty if you prefer; the service still works. By ticking the box at registration you consent to processing them for this purpose.
3. Cookies and local storage
Necessary: the session cookie (sign-in), language and country cookies, localStorage with the quiz draft, theme, language and recent weeks. The service does not work without them; no consent is needed.
Analytics: Yandex Metrica (with Webvisor — session replay that excludes typed input) and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics. They set their own cookies and receive anonymous visit data: page address, device, approximate location. EU users are shown a choice; declining disables analytics on that device. Data goes to Yandex and Google under their terms: Yandex, Google.
4. Who receives data
- Hosting: a server in Russia (Moscow), backups in the same place.
- AI providers: to translate your recipes, improve text and answer in the weekly-plan chat, recipe texts and your chat messages are sent to Mistral AI (France), OpenRouter and OpenAI (USA), Google (Gemini). Email, name and other account data are not sent. Do not use these features if you do not want this transfer.
- Push notifications: through the Google, Apple or Mozilla push service chosen by your browser.
- Analytics: Yandex and Google, see section 3.
- Family: if you accept a family invitation, members see shared weeks, lists and purchase marks, but not your password or email.
We do not sell data and do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data to authorities when the law requires.
5. Retention
For as long as you have an account. Weeks without an account: 90 days. Backups: 14 days after deletion. Server logs with IP addresses: 30 days. Anonymous statistics: indefinitely.
6. Your rights
You can view, correct and export your data in your account, withdraw consent to analytics and notifications, delete your recipes, collections and comments. To delete the whole account with all data, email info@racion.app from the account's address — we delete within 7 days; backups expire within 14. EU users may also complain to the supervisory authority of their country; Russian users — to Roskomnadzor.
7. Security
HTTPS only, passwords stored as hashes, the database is not reachable from outside, server access by keys. No protection is complete; if you suspect a breach, tell us.
8. Children
The service is not intended for independent use by children under 16. Data about children (age, feeding type) is entered by parents to compute portions and baby food.
9. Changes
The date of the last update is at the top. Significant changes are announced on the site.
