1. Whisk eggs³ and sugar together with a fork or small whisk

2. Rub cottage² cheese through a sieve, then mix with melted honey and the whisked eggs³ until smooth

3. Fold in semolina¹ and stir well

4. Grease a baking dish, then spread the mixture inside

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30–35 minutes, until golden
