Method
Mix the cheeses—parmesan1, mozzarella2, and a hard3 cheese—with the spinach
Cut the tops off burger6 buns and scoop out the soft center
Fill the bun shells with the cheese-spinach mix, then add crumbled soft bread pieces and the tops
Place the forms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Pour just enough water and vegetable bouillon over the cheese to moisten (don’t overdo it)
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bread crisps
