Build a week for your child

A week for a one-year-old built by the Racion planner along the Russian feeding programme for ages 1–3: five meals a day, kids' dishes with amounts for the age and kefir before bed. At one, food is still mashed or minced: soufflés, meatballs, steamed patties.

The food the child eats in a week costs $16.60, that is $2.37 a day at average chain prices (United States). Buying whole packs comes to $82.57, with 44 items on the list.

At this age: about 1300 kcal and 39 g of protein a day, 600–700 ml of drinks (Russian norms MR 2.3.1.0253-21). Milk, kefir, fruit and bread cover the rest.
