Method
Preparation: wash the cup with hot water and warm it for 1 minute over low heat.
Preparation: boil water in a kettle, prepare a tea bag or loose tea and a cup for the drink.
Preparation: bring the water to a full boil over high heat for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and pour the tea into the cup to steep for 3–5 minutes.
Check strength: remove the tea bag or strain the tea, if needed add a sweetener to taste and stir for 1 minute over medium-low heat.
Preparation for serving: arrange the gingerbread1 cookies on a plate next to the cup of tea; you can serve as is.
Serving: serve the tea and gingerbread1 together, enjoy the warmth and aromas; you can supplement the drink with honey or lemon to taste.
