Beetroot and Cheese Bake

Method

1. Grate the beets¹ on a medium grater, squeeze out the juice, and grate the cheese and garlic⁶

2. Mix the beets¹, cheese, garlic⁶, soy sauce, flour, egg, and black pepper together

3. Grease a baking dish, then spread the mixture evenly inside

4. Bake at 375–400°F (190–200°C) for 20–30 minutes
