Method
Prepare: wash the zucchini1, grate on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess liquid, and mix with eggs2, flour and cheese; stir until smooth. (low heat, 5 minutes; mixture ready for shaping)
Shape: drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing portions 3–4 cm apart. (low heat, 2 minutes; the patties are formed)
Preheat oven: preheat the oven to 190 °C. (high heat, 5 minutes; oven heated)
Bake: place the sheet in the oven and bake at 190 °C for 10 minutes, until the edges begin to lightly brown. (medium heat, 10 minutes; edges set)
Flip and bake on: flip the fritters with a spatula and continue baking another 10 minutes at 190 °C until golden brown. (medium heat, 10 minutes; golden color)
Serve: remove the sheet, let the fritters cool slightly and serve with sour5 cream. (low heat, 2 minutes; serving)
