- 2 Nori seaweed 80 g
- 3 Hard cheesepack 200 g ≈ $2.64 25 g
- 4 Sunflower oil 8 ml

Method
Mix the cheese, soy sauce, and cornstarch into a thick paste
Cut the hard3 cheese into 1 cm cubes
Tear the damp nori sheets into strips
Place the cheese cubes on the nori strips and roll tightly into several layers
Dip in batter and deep-fry until golden brown
