1. Wash and pat the wings dry (do not salt or pepper).

2. Mix ketchup, soy sauce, and mustard; toss the wings in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.

3. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.

4. Juice an orange⁵, add sugar, and warm until the sugar fully dissolves (do not boil).

5. Drizzle the sauce over the wings and bake for 5–6 more minutes.

6. Transfer the finished wings to a serving platter.
