Method
Peel off the membrane, trim the skin, rinse, and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Change the water three times, rinsing thoroughly each time in fresh water.
Cut the lamb1 eggs6 in half, place in a hot skillet, cover, and simmer over medium heat until all liquid evaporates.
Remove the lid and sear on both sides until lightly browned—do not burn them.
Boil cauliflower in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, drain, toss in breadcrumbs, and pan-fry over medium heat.
Sauté the onions3 until soft.
