Method
Cut the lamb1 into chunks and spread them in a baking dish
Drizzle with olive oil and spread evenly over the lamb1
Place sliced mushrooms on top of the onions3
Chop tomatoes6 into cubes and scatter them over the mushrooms
Add potato2 chunks and seasoning, then bring to a simmer
Bake uncovered at 350–400°F (180–200°C) for 60 minutes
