Method
Pat rabbit1 legs with lemon8, sear, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes
Cube zucchini4, rutabaga, carrot3, and eggplant5; slice bell6 pepper into rings, chop tomatoes7, then season with salt and pepper
Sauté the vegetables for 10–15 minutes
