Method
Marinate the rabbit4 with aromatic barberry berries
Season the meat with salt, pepper, and spices
Roll the meat pieces into cylinders, secure with toothpicks, and fry in oil
Add red wine and a little water, then simmer until tender
Stir in butter2, flour, and egg to the remaining juice
Gradually mix in the mustard, blending well
Mash black currants through a fine sieve and fold into the sauce
