Method
Rinse a 20×30 cm baking dish and grease it with oil.
Peel the potatoes2 and slice them into 0.5 cm rounds.
Slice the onion3 into half-rings.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Layer the potatoes2 evenly in the dish and season with salt.
Top with the onion3 in a single layer.
Place the fish on the onions3 and spread with sour4 cream, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for about 30 minutes until golden and the fish is tender.
Garnish with dill7 and serve hot.
