Method
Thaw the carp1 and cut into medium-sized pieces
Submerge in a marinade, cover with pineapple juice and soy sauce, and marinate
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the carp1, discarding excess marinade
Add chopped pineapple, sear briefly, then pour in the marinade and simmer covered for 10 minutes
Finish with the juice of half a lime4 and stir
Sauté diced onion5 in olive oil until soft
Add chopped butternut squash and zucchini7, cook uncovered for 15 minutes without salt, season with soy sauce
