Method
Grate the carrot3 and slice the onion2 into half-rings. Sauté them, then transfer to an olive oil-coated baking dish.
Make shallow cuts in the carp1. Spread mayonnaise over it, season with spices, and add black pepper. Place tomato4 slices and dill5 inside.
Place the carp1 on top of the sautéed vegetables.
Zest a lemon8 finely and mince the garlic9. Mix in olive oil.
Spread the lemon8 zest and oil mixture evenly over the carp1.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
