Method

  1. Clean the carp1, gut it, and remove the head

  2. Rinse and pat the fish dry, then juice two lemons4 over it

  3. Season the fish with a mix of black and white pepper and herbs

  4. Chop onions2 and carrots5 roughly, place them in the fish cavity, drizzle with oil, and toss to mix

  5. Marinate in the fridge for 3 hours

  6. Stuff each carp1 with a piece of onion2, a carrot5 chunk, and a lemon4 wedge

  7. Wrap the fish in foil, drizzle with oil, seal tightly, and place on a baking tray
