Lazy Dumplings
Cottage cheese with eggs and flour forms tender balls, boil until done, and serve with sour cream. Quick and easy.

Method
Prepare the cottage1 cheese, eggs2, sugar, flour, butter5 and sour6 cream.
Mash the cottage1 cheese with a fork, beat the eggs2 with sugar, then mix with the cottage cheese and flour until smooth.
On a floured surface, divide the mass into a long log and cut pieces about 2–3 cm.
Fill a large pot with water, bring to a boil and salt to taste; set the heat to medium.
Drop the pieces into the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes after they rise, until done.
Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and melt the butter5 over low heat, pour over the dumplings and toss to coat; serve with sour6 cream and, if desired, garnish with herbs.
