Method
Chill the butter1 until firm.
Hard5-boil the eggs2, peel them, and separate the whites from the yolks.
Set the yolks aside, then grate the egg whites, apples3, and cheese on a large grater.
Slice the onion4 into thin half-rings, season with salt, and pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain well.
Flake the smoked salmon6 into thin strips.
Layer in this order: egg whites, mayonnaise, cheese, frozen butter1, onion4, mayonnaise, apples3, salmon6, mayonnaise.
Grate the yolks finely and sprinkle on top.
