Method
Cook the rice in salted water.
Poach the seafood6 mix, season, then cool and chop finely. Dice fresh cucumbers1, hard-boiled eggs4, and salmon5 fillet.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir in red8 caviar.
Dress with mayonnaise.
Slice the cream cheese into thin strips.
Arrange the salad on a platter. Garnish with cheese strips.
Make fish roses: roll three thin fish slices into tight rolls, then wrap them around each other.
