Method
Boil spaghetti1 in well-salted water until al dente.
Finely dice the onion5, slice the mushrooms thinly, and cube the pancetta.
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion5 until soft and translucent.
Add flour, stir, and cook for 3–4 minutes to toast lightly.
Pour in water, add tomato3 paste, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in mushrooms, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add pancetta, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
