1. Boil the beets¹ until tender, cool, and peel them.

2. Boil chicken³ gizzards in salted water until done, then cool them.

5. Slice the chicken³ gizzards into thin strips.

6. Slice the cucumbers and beets¹ into thin strips.

7. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add the sautéed onions², minced garlic⁶, and garlic-infused oil, then mix well.
