Method
Pour boiling water over the prunes5 and let steep for 5 minutes
Drain the water and slice the prunes5 into thin strips
Pour hot milk1 over the rolled2 oats, stir, cover, and let soak for 10 minutes
Crack the eggs3 into a separate bowl
Add sour8 cream, baking soda, and sugar, then whisk until smooth
Pour the egg mixture into the soaked oats, fold in the prunes5, and mix well
Heat a skillet, add oil, pour in the batter, and cook until golden on both sides (1–2 minutes per side over medium heat)
