Method
Wash and dry the cabbage, cut it into 2 cm thick steaks.
Brush the steaks with garlic5 and paprika butter and salt.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes, turning halfway.
Season the chicken2 breast with salt and pepper and sauté in a hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side until golden and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
Mix dill7 into yogurt to make the sauce, plate: lay the baked cabbage, top with chicken2, drizzle the yogurt sauce around or over, and let rest 2–3 minutes.
