Method
Drizzle bread cubes with olive9 oil, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
Mash the bread with the wet ingredients until fully combined, then roll into small balls.
Chop bell7 pepper, tomato5, and cucumber6 into large chunks.
Wash, dry, and roughly chop arugula8; toss in sliced olives9 and capers10.
Lightly dress the greens and veggies with soy sauce and olive9 oil.
Gently mix everything together with the bread croutons.
