Method
Core and halve the apples1
Mix the farmer’s cheese with sugar; add sour8 cream9 or heavy cream for extra softness if needed
Stuff the apple1 halves with the cheese mixture
Dot each with a small piece of butter6

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment or brushed with oil
