Method
Mix cottage3 cheese, sugar, egg, and flour until smooth.
Roll dough into ropes, place berries evenly spaced, then cut into squares.
Pinch corners of each square to seal into balls.
Boil in simmering water until they float, 2 minutes.
Drain and plate, drizzling with melted butter7.
Top with sour6 cream and a sprinkle of sugar.
