Grey rows are pantry staples: salt, oil, spices. They are not counted in the serving price.
Method
Rinse the buckwheat1, cover with milk2, add salt, and bring to a gentle simmer.
Cook, covered, for 18–20 minutes, until the groats are tender and have absorbed most of the milk2.
Warm the berries for 2–3 minutes in a saucepan, or leave them cold for a fresher serving.
Transfer the buckwheat1 base to a bowl, and arrange the yogurt and berries alongside in sections.
Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with walnuts6, and serve while the porridge is warm.
Tips
- Why it works
- Substitutions
- Common mistakes
- Storing and reheating
- Serve with
In short
- Marked healthy: the planner picks it more often for the goals “lose weight” and “eat well”.
