Method

  1. Cream together softened6 butter1 and sugar, then mix in the egg

  2. Sift half the flour with baking powder and fold into the dough

  3. Add the remaining flour and knead into a soft6 dough

  4. Grease a pie dish, press the dough into the base and up the sides

  5. Whisk together egg, cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar

  6. Beat until smooth, then pour over the dough

  7. Top with blueberries9 or bilberries
