Method
Brown the sausages in oil until golden, keeping them juicy inside
Slice the onion3 into strips and fry in the same oil
Cut the bell5 pepper into strips and the garlic4 into thin slices
Add the garlic4 and peppers to the onion3, cooking for 1 minute while stirring
Pour in the canned2 tomatoes11 (with juice), bring to a boil, and season
Add the beans and simmer for 15–25 minutes on low heat
Arrange the sausages on top, garnish with parsley7
