Creamy Mushroom Soup

1. 1 Button mushrooms≈ $7.50 per kg 14 g
2. 2 Onions≈ $1.60 per kg 50 g
3. 3 Wheat flour 25 g
4. 4 Cream 20%pack 500 ml ≈ $3.00 115 ml
5. 5 Sunflower oil 5 ml

Method

1. Chop the onion² and mushrooms into large pieces

2. Blend the mixture in a food processor

3. Sauté the mixture in a pan until golden brown (7 minutes)

4. Stir in 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

5. Pour in boiling water and simmer (15 minutes)

6. Add ½ cup heavy cream⁴ (20%) and cook until done
