Method
Sauté the onion4 in butter5 until golden, then add the bell3 peppers
Rinse the wings and boil them in a pot for 10 minutes
Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes2 into 4 wedges each; slice the carrot7 into rounds
Add the wings, potatoes2, and carrots7 to the onion4 and pepper mixture, stirring to combine
Strain the broth into the pan
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of turmeric
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the potatoes2 are tender, then stir in the garlic6
