Method

  1. Cut the zucchini1, pepper, and tomatoes3 into 2cm cubes, dice the onion4 finely, and slice the garlic6 into thin rounds.

  2. Sauté the onion4 on the Sauté setting for 3 minutes, then add the bell2 pepper and zucchini1 and cook for 5 more minutes.

  3. Stir in the tomatoes3, drained beans, paprika, and salt, mixing well.

  4. Switch to the Stew setting for 30 minutes, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley10.
