- 1 Celeriacpack 500 g ≈ $2.50 150 g
- 2 Soy sauce 17 ml
- 3 Wheat flour 20 g
- 4 Sunflower oil 10 ml
- 5 Apples≈ $3.50 per kg 150 g

Method
Cube the apples5, add equal parts water, and a splash of soy sauce. Simmer until the apples are tender.
Blend the apple5 mixture into a smooth purée and let it cool.
Peel and finely grate the celery1. Mix in flour, adding a little water if needed, then shape into small patties.
Fry in hot oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Stir wasabi into the cooled apple5 sauce. Serve with the fritters.
