Method
Mix the dough ingredients, adding flour until you get a pliable, soft dough.
Cut the beef into cubes, sear until half-cooked with spices.
Season with salt, black pepper, and drizzle with sunflower oil.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll each out thin—about 5 mm thick.
Spread the filling, leaving a 3–4 cm border around the edges.
Roll tightly into a log, pinch the edges to seal.
