Method
Slice leeks1 and yellow onion2 into half-moons, mince the garlic3, deseed and slice the chili pepper into half-moons
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions2 until soft
Add the chili, then the garlic3, and cook for 2–3 minutes
Rinse the rice, stir it into the onions2 until separate
Pour in the hot water, add the seasoning, spread the rice evenly, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes
Add more water, cook until absorbed, then stir in the bell7 pepper, mix, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes
Add the spinach, stir, cover, and cook until wilted (3 minutes)
