Method
Parboil the rice in a multicooker using the 'Grains' setting, or cook it traditionally until half-done.
Melt the butter5 and stir in the honey.
Slice the apples4 into ½-inch thick rounds.
Pan-fry the apples4 until caramelized, sprinkling with cinnamon.
Rinse the dried9 fruit, chop the larger pieces, and sauté in the butter5 until softened.
Whisk the eggs7 with sugar until frothy, then fold in the sour6 cream.
Combine the rice, dried9 fruit, and egg-sour6 cream mixture.
