Method
Rinse the bulgur2, then cover with cold water.
Rinse the lentils. Peel and chop the onion6, potato5, and carrot4.
Place the salmon1 fillet in cold water, add a bay leaf, and bring to a boil.
Skim off any foam, add whole peppercorns and half the chopped onion6. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Cube the remaining onion6 and sauté until golden.
Cut the potato5 into medium-sized chunks.
