Method
Boil the eggs1: place them in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 9 minutes; then transfer to cold water for 5 minutes, peel, and set aside.
Cut each egg in half lengthwise, carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl, and arrange the whites on a plate with the cut side up.
For the filling: grate the cheese finely, press the garlic4 through a garlic press, and finely chop the dill5; mash the yolks with a fork, then mix with the cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, half the dill, and season with salt.
Spoon the filling into the egg whites (use a heaping teaspoon), then sprinkle with the remaining dill5.
Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set, then serve cold.
