Method

  1. Boil the potatoes5 until tender

  2. Sauté the carrots4 and onions3 in butter7 until soft

  3. Add soy sauce to the pan while frying

  4. Blend the boiled potatoes5, spinach, and butter7 into a smooth purée

  5. Roll the perch fillet into pinwheels, tucking the edge into the cut

  6. Stuff the pinwheels with the cheese-vegetable purée

  7. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake for 7–8 minutes at 180–190°C (356–374°F)
