Method
Cook quinoa1 in salted water over low heat at a 1:2 ratio until tender (15 minutes).
Slice beef into thin strips, add minced garlic7, and toss with soy sauce and olive oil for the marinade.
Marinate the beef until the quinoa1 is ready—or longer.
Heat a wok or skillet over high heat, add oil, and sear beef for 3 minutes.
Add onion6, stir, and cook for 30 seconds.
