Method

  1. Chop sweet bell1 peppers finely

  2. Sauté the peppers until half-cooked in a small amount of oil

  3. Crumble the feta2, mix in chopped parsley4 and beaten eggs3

  4. Stir in milk5 until smooth

  5. Pour the mixture over the sautéed peppers

  6. Bake at 350–400°F (180–200°C) for about 15 minutes
