Method
Cut the salmon10 into chunks, season generously with salt and black pepper
Dredge each piece in flour, then pan-fry in neutral oil until golden
Mince ginger, zest and juice a lemon3, and finely chop garlic4
Add ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, minced ginger, lemon3 zest/juice, and garlic4 to the pan
Pour in water, bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 1 minute
