Method
Peel the oranges and hand-squeeze the juice through a fine-mesh strainer (or use a juicer).
Squeeze the lemon2, mix with the orange juice, and stir in the honey until dissolved.
Crush the mint leaves in your palms, then add to the pitcher.
Top with chilled water to taste and stir well.
Chill for 10 minutes, then pour into glasses and serve.
Tips
- Why it works
