Method
Cut zucchini6, lemon5, and bell3 pepper into chunks for skewering. Slice an onion2 into rings without separating them. Dice cherry1 tomatoes9 and boiled corn into cubes.
Cut salted7 pork into small squares.
Thread vegetables and pork onto skewers, alternating between them.
Place skewers on a high rack in the oven and broil at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
