Method
Grate the suluguni2 and finely chop the dill3 and green4 onion.
Mix the cheese with the herbs and a pinch of salt.
Cut the lavash into 2–3 strips, add the filling, and fold into tight pockets.
Lightly beat the egg with a fork and brush a thin1 layer over the outside of the pockets.
Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat.
Fry the pockets for 2–3 minutes per side, covered, until the lavash is crisp and the cheese has melted.
