Method
Drain the brine from the seafood1 cocktail
Slice the leek3 into half-moons, pour some of the brine over it, and let it marinate for 10 minutes
Crack the eggs4 into a bowl, mix with the brine, then pour into a hot skillet and fry until golden-brown
Cut the cucumber2 into chunks
Combine the seafood1, cucumber2, leek3, and fried eggs4 in a bowl and toss gently
Make the dressing by mixing oil, kefir6, and a splash of brine
Stir in chopped dill7
