Method
Wash the apples1 and dry them; core them without cutting through the bottom.
Mix the cottage2 cheese with honey and raisins4 until smooth.
Fill the apples1: stuff each apple with the cottage2 cheese–honey mixture, pressing it lightly.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the filling.
Place the apples1 in a baking dish so they stand upright.
Bake at 180 °C for 20–25 minutes, until the apples1 are soft when pierced and the filling is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let stand for about 5 minutes; serve warm, optionally with more cinnamon.
