Grey rows are pantry staples: salt, oil, spices. They are not counted in the serving price.

Method

  1. Rinse the berries under cold water (if fresh); peel the banana2 and slice it into rounds.

  2. Place yogurt in a bowl and arrange the berries and banana2 over it.

  3. Sprinkle granola, seeds, and shredded6 coconut; drizzle honey to taste.

  4. Serve immediately; the dish is ready to eat.

Tips

Why it works
Use frozen berries to avoid watery smoothie. Thawing releases moisture that dilutes thickness. If fresh, drain excess liquid after rinsing.
Substitutions
Replace honey with maple syrup (5g) for a less sweet taste. Swap granola for crushed cornflakes (25g) if unavailable.
Common mistakes
Overripe banana turns the yogurt mushy; check for brown spots or softness before slicing.
Storing and reheating
Eat fresh or store for 1 day in the fridge; stir yogurt before serving to restore texture.
Serve with
Pair with a handful of almonds for extra crunch and protein to balance the sweetness.

In short

  • Marked healthy: the planner picks it more often for the goals “lose weight” and “eat well”.
