Method
Wash the apple2, peel, and dice into 1–1.5 cm cubes.
Measure 250 ml of water and pour it into a 1 L saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium; add oats to the boiling water, salt, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring.
One minute before the end of cooking, add the apple2 cubes and gently stir.
Thirty seconds before the end of cooking, add cinnamon, stir and continue cooking.
Remove from heat, cover and steep for 1 minute until thickened.
Transfer to a plate, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with nuts; serve hot.
